The process
A plain explanation of what happens from the moment you choose a seva.
Step 1
Pick a sacred place, then a seva offered there. Choose how you would like to take part, and a date you prefer. The price is shown before you book.
Step 2
Your full name, how many people, and your mobile number. Email is optional. No account is needed.
Step 3
Your payment is verified by the payment provider, and you receive a private link to follow your booking.
You choose a date, pay online and get a private booking page with a QR code. Once an approved pujari accepts, your booking is confirmed; meet them at the place on the day. They scan your code to check you in, and mark the seva complete afterwards.
If a seva is offered on your behalf, you choose a date and give your name. An approved pujari offers it for you and marks it complete. A photo or video is shared only where the seva genuinely offers it.
Your payment counts only when our payment provider verifies it, and your booking is confirmed once a pujari accepts it. For changes, cancellations and payment questions, use “Report a problem” on your booking page or contact us.
You do not need an account. We keep your contact details to run your booking and to send your confirmation. We send promotional messages only if you separately agree.

No. Book as a guest with your full name, mobile number and the number of persons (email is optional). You get a private link to follow your booking.
Independent pujaris who have registered with us and been approved by our team. After you pay, our team asks an approved pujari, and your booking is confirmed once the pujari accepts.
To change or cancel a booking, use "Report a problem" on your booking page or contact us. Our team reviews each request and replies to you.
Unless a seva is explicitly marked as officially authorised, it is arranged by an independent pujari and is not an official temple or trust service.
Step 4
Our team asks a verified pujari, and your booking is confirmed once they accept. We tell you who. On the day, show your QR code if you are attending.
Your booking is confirmed only when a pujari accepts it. Payment comes first; if no pujari can take your booking, our team will contact you about your payment.
