We operate an independent platform that connects devotees with registered and verified pujaris for devotional services at Govardhan. We are not a temple, a trust or a representative of any temple. A service is described as officially authorised only where that authorisation has been verified and recorded.
Each seva page states what is included and excluded, and the price. We do not promise darshan, special access, blessings or any spiritual outcome.
You may book without creating an account. Your payment counts only once our payment provider has verified it. After that, our team asks an approved pujari to perform the seva, and your booking is confirmed once the pujari accepts. If no pujari can take it, our team will contact you about your payment. The date and time you choose are requests, not guarantees.
Pujaris are independent service providers. We verify their registration before assigning bookings, but they are not our employees.
To change or cancel a booking, use Report a problem on your booking page or contact us. Our team reviews each request and replies to you.
Provide accurate details, keep your private booking link safe and follow the instructions given for the seva.
We may update these terms; the version applicable to a booking is the one in force when it was made. Questions can be sent through our Contact page or by email to contact@harisharnam.com.
