This page is a draft pending legal review and may change before launch.
For a booking we collect your name, your mobile number, how many people the seva is for, an optional email address and, optionally, your preferred time. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
To run your booking, confirm and receipt it, contact you about it, assign a pujari, handle changes and cancellations, and meet legal and accounting duties.
The assigned pujari sees only your name, the number of persons, the requested date and time, and the booking details needed to perform the seva — not your email or phone. Our payment and messaging providers receive what they need to process payments and deliver messages.
Completing a booking is never treated as consent to promotions. Promotional email or WhatsApp is sent only if you tick a separate, optional box. We record when and how you consented, and every message offers a way to unsubscribe.
Contact details on bookings are anonymised after the retention period following the service date. Financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention duties. Contact us through the Contact page or at contact@harisharnam.com.
We use a session cookie for signed-in pujaris and administrators, and a preference cookie for your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
This policy will be reviewed against applicable Indian data-protection law before launch.
